Purpose
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website www.seax-ai.com (the website), through which SeaX AI provides information about its activity, products and services. Accessing the website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice.
What SeaX AI does
SeaX AI develops and rents out robots and software for site security.
SeaX AI provides the SX-1 robot, the SeaX Core platform and its applications, and takes care of their technical maintenance. SeaX AI is not a private security company: it does not guard sites, does not receive or verify alarms and does not manage the response to an intrusion. When the robot is used as part of a private security service, that service is provided by a security company or an alarm receiving centre that is authorised and entered in Spain’s National Private Security Register, hired by the customer.
Terms of use
Users agree to use the website and its content appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. In particular, users agree not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to public order, not to damage the systems of SeaX AI or third parties, and not to introduce viruses or any other code that may cause harm.
Intellectual and industrial property
The content of the website (text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, design and code) belongs to SeaX AI or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use.
